In most instances if you are not at fault there is no need to involve your own insurance company at all. We have a comprehensive management service that takes care of everything for you.
  • Q. If I have already contacted my insurance can Burrwood still sort it out?
    • A. YES. The law states that it is up to the individual to choose the approved car repair centre, NOT your insurance company.
  • Q. Why do insurance companies state that you have to take it to a repair centre that they choose?
    • A. Most insurance companies choose a body shop by price rather than quality! Burrwood Garage is all about quality and customer service.
  • Q. My car is still under warranty with the manufacturer. Will this be affected by being repaired byBurrwood?
    • A. No as all our parts are genuine and all vehicles repaired to strict manufactures guidelines.
  • Q. Will I be entitled to a courtesy car whilst mine is being repaired?
    • A. Yes, we can provide a range of cars and light commercials to suit.
  • Q. Do I get a guarantee for the work that has been done?
    • A. Yes all our work is fully guaranteed for 3 years.
  • Q. Will my car come back to cleaned and valeted?
    • A. Any repair done by Burrwood whether through insurance or not will result in your car coming back to you in a pristine clean condition.
